Workout

I thought that the only sport I can enjoy is only swimming, since I am not sweating while doing this sport. I dont like running that much. I prefer cycling, yet I dont have bike and where should I go in Jakarta. I have tried following workout video in youtube, but it was too heavy for me, probably. Surprisingly, I found a matched workout video and I practiced it. I was sweaty but I enjoyed. It boosts my mood, amazing. I think I am ready to face thia day.
